If we listen, kids can teach us so much! They know the truth whether we come right out and tell them or not.
My sister had to put her dog down last weekend. She was crushed. When Alyssa saw Stephanie fighting back tears she went over to Steph, laid her arms on Steph's legs and said, "Is okay, Mommy. Tussy is wis Jesus."
This weekend Kizzy and I were talking about who-knows-what and she says, "...And Stony was a good choice." When I asked her why she thought that she paused to think and then said, "Cuz he is really loving to you. (pause) Really nice and really loving to us."
