Being Aware

Wednesday was a cool day. I tried to be more aware of neat things around me.

I watched
A crop duster
The machine that eats the asphalt, actually strip away the highway
A little girl be adopted into a loving family, her name and birth-certificate are forever changed

I heard
A biker woman tell her biker man “I love you”
A 3 year old boy excitedly tell the VBS group he was praying for a family

I tasted
A very sweet iced coffee (and missed my friend Jenn)

I smelled
Early morning
