Stony and I were talking the other day about little projects we want to do around the house and the yard. I mentioned the cabinets and he said, "oh, that would be a pretty quick, easy job." We talked a little bit about how we would like them done, he said "brown" and that was all I needed to hear to motivate me to start working on them. The next day, my sister and I went and picked out the color, bought the paint, and cleaned the cabinets. Then I taped everything off and started painting. (It turned out to be a much bigger job than I was anticipating.) I was a little nervous because before I did all the cutting in, it didn't look very good, and I didn't check with Stony on the color...I didn't even tell him I was going to do it. But they turned out pretty good. Much better than they were before!

Whoooohoooo! The migraine headache cabinets have been painted!!! I have been wanting that for, lets see...about FOUR years now! So glad you guys did it. I have no idea why anyone would do what was done before and I am so relieved that the ugliness has been covered up. They look much better! I bet the whole room feels much better too. Good job!
