Thankful

My life seems a little...rollercoasterish right now.  I know I am not the only one who has experience life like this.  I know there are 3 amazing women reading this blog who are kind of on a rollercoaster right now.  And I appreciate them.   I appreciate their steadfastness in our Lord.  I appreciate their prayers.  I appreciate them being authentic and sharing their struggles and their victories and their little bits of joy.  I do have a lot I can be thankful for and I want to remember to be thankful, so I am going to post it here so I have written down and can see just all that I am blessed with.

I am thankful for:
friends who are willing to pray for me and respond when God prompts them
a husband that patiently waits for me to stop being a snot & loves me in the midst of my tantrums
a home where we can bless others
a God who is faithful in giving abundantly
a sister who protects me and offers a place of peace and laughter
nieces and nephews who have so many different ways of showing love
~Avery--throwing her self onto my lap or wrapping her arms around my legs
~Madison--hugging me every time we come or go
~Jaden--showing me all his treasures (pokemon cards & scores on his video games)
~Deacon--his huge smile
~Kizzy--her unrelenting desire to play with me
~Alyssa--her scream when I walk in the room
~Aymin--his earnest tries to learn and say my name (I used to be Stony, then I was That Girlfriend, now I am Brinty, but he really tries)
~Cassius--his quiet, analytical brain--bringing me his newest creation to inspect and praise
a job where the people I work with care about me and not just the job I do
my fleece sheets
baby laughter
worship music
2 cars that run
easy cookie recipes

It is a pretty short list, but it is a good start and good, quick reminder that life as a whole is good.
