Last week was a hectic, crazy, busy week. (I worked 44 hours at the church and normally I can do all I need to in about 37 hours). But all week I was reminded of a few poignant truths that helped me get through the week and they helped my heart be right.
I was reminded that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Thanks to a conversation with Kat.)
I was reminded to praise and stand on His word as I work. (Thanks to Rani and Chloe.)
My week was still hectic, but I got most everything finished. This week is looking better, but I still need Him, His strength and His heart to do His work. Thanks, God for the promise that you will not call me to something you have not equipped me for. (Thanks to Pastor Brian Mayfield for that reminder.) And thank you God for phenomenal people to do this life with me, to grow me, to teach me, to help me, to love me.
