I just looked at my desk and realized, I have a lot to do!
On my desk at this moment:
child dedication list
bulletin insert
name tags from the weekend
college packets
kids konnection script
student ministries name tags
grade move up
sharefest
volunteer pictures
tiny tots attendance
kids konnection birthday cards
volunteer applications
That is just my desk...after I have worked all day. And that does not include my email inbox. Not my to-do box on my desk. Not the "I'll get to that" box under my to-do box.
Crap. I better get a move on!! Crap, that is a lot to do. Good thing I have coffee...I think I should have gotten a bigger one. And I should definitely turn up my music. God, please help stay calm and be productive! Help me remember this is for You and Your Kingdom and Your beloved children. Thank you for my job and for the awesome people I work with. Amen.
